Who you're buying from
Online orders through this site are sold by Fieldsta Services LLC, doing business as D. Cohen & Sons Hardware, operating from 711 State Street, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
Pricing and availability
Prices are set at the time of order and may change without notice for future orders. Items ordered online are sourced to fill your specific order — we don't guarantee a quantity is on our shelf at the moment you buy. Payment is taken when you check out. If an item turns out to be unavailable or slower than our usual 3–7 business days, we'll call or email you — and if you'd rather not wait, we refund that item in full.
Fulfillment
Everything ordered online ships to you — there's no online pickup option. Some items aren't sold through the site at all: hazardous goods (flammable, pressurized, or bulk-liquid products) and anything too heavy or outsized to mail sensibly. Either way it's shown on the item, before you pay. See our shipping page for rates and timing.
Returns
Online orders are final sale except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which we'll always make right. Full policy: Returns.
