Pricing and availability
Prices are set at the time of order and may change without notice for future orders. Items ordered online are sourced to fill your specific order — we don't guarantee a quantity is on our shelf at the moment you buy. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we'll contact you before charging or fulfilling, and refund in full if you'd rather not wait.
Fulfillment
You choose pickup or shipping at checkout. Some items (flammable, pressurized, or bulk-liquid products) can only be picked up in-store — this is shown before you pay. See our shipping & pickup page for rates and timing.
Returns
Online orders are final sale except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, which we'll always make right. Full policy: Returns.
Part identification requests
"Find a Part" is a free service to help identify what you need. It's not a guarantee we stock or can source the part, and identification is provided as our best judgment based on the photos and details you send.
