- Order online, collect at 711 State Street. If it's on our shelf, usually ready same or next business day. If we need to bring it in, same timing as shipping below — we'll call either way.
- Nationwide shippingFrom $4.99 by weight · free over $75
- Anywhere in the US, 3–7 business days. Priced by the actual weight of your order — a small part costs less to ship than a box of wire. Long or awkward items (tools, wire spools) add an $8 packaging surcharge. Orders over $75 ship free up to 10 lb; heavier orders still get a discount, just not the full amount.
Why 3–7 days for some items
Most of what we sell isn't on the shelf in bulk — we bring it in with our regular supply order rather than a rushed one-off, so we're not paying a separate freight charge on a single small item. That's what keeps our shipping honest and low instead of padded to cover surprise fees.
What we can't ship
Flammable liquids and gases (torch fuel, acetone), pesticides and bulk liquids like bleach can't go by parcel carrier. They're marked in the cart and available for in-store pickup only.
