Everything ships.
Order online and it ships to you — there's no online pickup option, since that would mean holding an order for someone to collect later, and nobody here is staffed for that. Want to buy something in person instead? Just come by the store.

- Anywhere in the US, 3–7 business days. Priced by the actual weight of your order — a small part costs less to ship than a box of wire. Long or awkward items (tools, wire spools) add an $8 packaging surcharge. Orders over $75 ship free up to 10 lb; heavier orders still get a discount, just not the full amount.
Why 3–7 business days
Most of what we sell isn't on the shelf in bulk — we bring it in with our regular supply order rather than a rushed one-off, so we're not paying a separate freight charge on a single small item. That's what keeps our shipping honest and low instead of padded to cover surprise fees.
What we can't ship
Two kinds of things. Flammable liquids and gases (torch fuel, acetone), pesticides and bulk liquids like bleach can't go by parcel carrier at all. And heavy or outsized goods — 40 and 50 lb bags of concrete, mortar and rock salt, a window air conditioner, a 6 ft jack post — cost more to ship than they're worth, so we'd rather you just pick those up.
