What we collect

When you place an order, send a part-identification request, or contact us, we collect what you give us directly: name, email, phone number, shipping address, the photos and details you submit about a part, and payment information (handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number).

How we use it

To fulfill your order, respond to your part request, and contact you about either. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising or share it with anyone except the services that help us run the store:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — sending order and part-request emails
• Vercel — hosting this website

Each of those only sees what's needed to do its job (Stripe sees payment details; Resend sees the email you send us).

Photos you send us

Photos submitted through "Find a Part" are used only to identify the part and respond to your request. We don't publish or share them.

Cookies

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage so it's there when you come back — it isn't sent to us until you check out. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
