What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect what you give us directly: name, email, phone number, shipping address, and payment information (handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number).

How we use it

To fulfill your order and contact you about it. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising or share it with anyone except the services that help us run the store:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Slack — internal order notifications to our staff
• Resend — account sign-in emails, for contractor/company accounts
• Vercel — hosting this website

Each of those only sees what's needed to do its job (Stripe sees payment details; your order summary is posted to a private staff Slack channel so we know to pack and ship it).

Cookies

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage so it's there when you come back — it isn't sent to us until you check out. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
